Payment can be made via PayPal. Please note that the transaction will appear on your PayPal statement as ‘Developed Ideas’. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay using credit card via PayPal.
Your payment will be processed at checkout and your order will be placed after payment has been received. You will be responsible for paying the retail price and postage costs associated with the items you have purchased.
Regular shipping is FREE on all orders over $150. Regular shipping for orders under this is $11.95. Express post shipping is also available at $19.95
Electronic gift vouchers are delivered free of charge to your inbox, please ensure you provide an email address when completing your order.
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and shipping information. A second email will be sent to you when it is being processed and packed for shipping.
You will receive tracking notifications via email and SMS message from Australia Post.
Order processing time is 24-48 hours, excluding public holidays (state or national). Orders are sent from NSW and once sent, via Australia Post, it can take 2 – 5 business days to arrive for standard shipping.
Any orders with Express Post Shipping in Australia can take 1 – 5 business days depending on your location and Australia Post Guarantee Postcodes. We do not accept any responsibility for delays in shipping once the package has been lodged with Australia Post.
We suggest ordering early for Christmas as there will be delays due to the volume of mail Australia Post has to deliver at this time of year.
